However, when talking about the weather, we'd say mucho calor (pronounced: MOO-choh kah-LOHR). In this case, calor is a masculine noun, so we use the adjective mucho to modify it. For example: Hace mucho calor hoy. (It's very hot today.)
Example:A casual conversation may start with questions like:- ¿Qué tiempo hace hoy? (How's the weather today?) And you could respond:- Hoy hace buen tiempo, está soleado. (Today the weather is good, it's sunny.)
Break "what's the weather like today" down into sounds: [WOTS DHUH WEDH] + [UH LYK TUH] + [DAY] - say it out loud and exaggerate the sounds until you can consistently produce them. Record yourself saying "what's the weather like today" in full sentences, then watch yourself and listen.
